The Vita Tempo Format
VITA TEMPO takes our cutting edge HIT formula and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.
Our workouts focus on fundamental movements, such as squatting, pushing, pulling, lunging and jumping – training your body to conquer the sport of life. We offer modifications for all exercises and our floors protect your knees from impact.
Total Body Strength Training
Our dynamic strength training reduces body fat and builds muscle for a toned look. Our approach to strength and conditioning is unlike anything you’re used to—you will never step foot on a cardio machine or lift a barbell.
High Intensity Intervals
High Intensity Interval training creates a metabolic demand that is very effective for long-term fat loss and overall conditioning. HIT is extremely efficient, which means a bigger training effect with less time spent.
Highly Varied Exercises
In order to avoid overtraining and overuse injuries, we constantly vary our exercises. We never repeat the same class twice, always challenging your mind and body, so you are feeling invigorated each time you complete a class.
