You trust us to make you a better person, we respect your time and effort, let's make Vita Athletics great together.
BE PROMPT – Due to the physical nature of our classes, we strongly believe in the importance of warming-up. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your class, you will miss the warm-up, as a result you will not be allowed to be permitted into the class. This is a safety issue. We strongly advise that you arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled class start time. This is strictly enforced and late athletes will be charged/deducted a class in accordance with our cancellation policy.
DOWNLOAD OUR APP – You can view, book and pay for your classes or appointments whenever you like. You also can share your visit on social media instantly. When you are nearing our door for your next visit, our app will recognize that, sign you in for your class or appointment, and tell us at the front desk that you are arriving.
COME REGULARLY –Get consistent with your training. Everyone needs coaching and can benefit from working on the basics. Don’t let minor injuries get in your way. There are always substitutions and modifications that you can make.
BE SMART – Our programming is tough. The rest is short. If you need to scale back, or aren’t comfortable, tell the coach, and do so. This is being smart, not weak.
SMILE – Don’t worry about how you look, worry about how you perform.
USE THE COACHES – They are there to help you become the best athlete you can be. Ask them to critique your form. Ask them how to make yourself better.
NO TEXTING, NO COMPLAINING – Use of mobile devices is not permitted inside the training area as this will take away from your workout and will be a distraction to others. We kindly ask you leave your mobile phone with your belongings.
SECURE YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS – Our easy to use daily lockers have electronic keypads, so no need to bring your own lock.
KEEP IT CLEAN – We provide complimentary towel service, so please use your towel to wipe down any equipment as well as your work area.
WE ARE HERE TO HELP – We are committed to providing more than just the workout, so we invite you to fill up your own water bottle at our complimentary fresh spring water station. If you forget your water bottle, we will provide you with a complimentary one. Need something else like a hair tie? Just ask and we would be glad to help out. We are dedicated to having a community atmosphere.
MAKE IT MORE THAN A WORKOUT – You can get workouts anywhere, we provide the atmosphere, energy, motivation, and a genuine sense of caring. You provide the positive attitude, focus and energy to leave it all on the mat. Make everyone better around you.
RESERVATION POLICY: All reservations must be made online by using our mobile app, website or Facebook page. If you are having difficulty reserving your class please contact us no later than 60 minutes prior to the start of your desired class.
CANCELLATION POLICY: There is no charge if you cancel a reservation 12 hours before your scheduled Vita Athletics class. We appreciate your business and as a courtesy to other athletes late cancellations and no shows will dock a class from your account. To cancel a class, please log into your online account and click the cancel button. Lastly, if you have a Monthly Unlimited Class package, a late cancel or no show will result in the loss of one day off of your monthly package.
WAITLIST POLICY: If you are unable to register for a Vita Athletics class you want because it is fully booked, we highly recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. You must purchase a class or class package BEFORE you can reserve a spot on the waitlist. If you don’t receive a spot in your desired class, you will not be charged/deducted a class and it will remain in your account for use on a future Vita Athletics class; the cost of the class is not refundable.
If a spot becomes available for a Vita Athletics class for which you have been waitlisted, you will receive an email and or a text message letting you know that you have been taken off the waitlist. You can reply to accept or decline the spot automatically. If you are no longer interested in a class for which you are on the waitlist, you must remove yourself from the waitlist before the cancellation window closes.
We do not offer the option of swapping classes. If you are scheduled for one Vita Athletics class and then receive a spot from the waitlist for a different class, you will be charged for both Vita Athletics classes unless you cancel one of them before the 12 hour cancellation window.
While our athletes do love Vita Athletics, there are times life inevitably gets in the way and you may not be able to make it to your class, please just call us and we will happy to help take care of you in a true emergency situation. If spots become available from a no show at the start of a class and you’re in the area, you’re welcome to drop by and check with our Vita Athletics team to see if you can snag a last minute spot. Your account will be charged upon confirmation of a spot in the class.
Lastly, if you have a Monthly Unlimited Class package, a late cancel or no show will result in the loss of one day off of your monthly package.
PURCHASE & REFUND POLICY: All drop in and class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. For health and safety reasons, all unlimited packages are limited to (2) classes per day, and participants must be 16 years of age or older unless otherwise noted.
