You vs Gravity
Vita Athletics does not house any machines or treadmills instead many of our exercises require nothing more than body weight for resistance. Additionally our workouts utilize weights, medicine balls, sandbags, boxes, resistance bands, and more. While our workouts are high intensity and the rest is short, we provide an encouraging environment that welcomes individuals of all abilities and fitness backgrounds.

This is it! Our 60-minute signature Vita Tempo workout includes an innovative blend of high-intensity interval training (HIIT), circuit strength training and compound training. We turn the lights down, the music up and push you to your limits with our deliberately crafted tempo intervals paired with targeted strength training designed for all skill levels. Muscle groups and workouts vary throughout the week so that each class feels new, fun and exciting.

VITA SGX Outdoor
Focus: OCR Outdoor Training. Move outside the friendly confines of our training facility and explore the benefits of an outdoor workout. Run the trails, streets and parks while we adapt our Vita SGX programming to train you specifically for an obstacle course race, outdoors.
Vita Warrior Yoga
Vita Warrior Yoga is a combination of fitness-based yoga practice and strength-training. Benefits include increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction. Vita Warrior Yoga is an incredibly powerful and challenging workout that incorporates light to moderate dumbbells to work your arms, shoulders, back, chest, and core connecting breath, mind, and muscle.

Focus: Functional Varied Programming. This coach’s choice early bird session is your opportunity to workout with our Vita Coaches. If you like to #CRUSHIT before work, then this session is definitely for you.
Focus: Total Body Endurance. Programmed to maximize your physical output and help undefine your “comfort zone.” Prepare your mind and body for incredibly challenging workouts with unforeseen barriers to completion. Chip away for an hour during our toughest workout.
Focus: Pairing obstacle course fitness with FUN! Making fitness fun means less childhood and teenage obesity plus better health for our youth. The program emphasizes developing good movement and mechanics to enhance sports performance and reduce sports related injuries for kids & teens.
